I felt like I had been tricked into seeing this film. The previews and Matt Damon's interview on the Today show never insinuated that this film would be liberal propaganda. I expected it to be a "Jason Bourne" type of movie that took place in Iraq. I was very wrong. I'm not naive enough to think there haven't been mistakes made during the Iraq war, but I feel that any movie that is so disrespectful to our men & women in the military is wrong no matter what side you are on. It's obvious that Hollywood doesn't acknowledge or appreciate the sacrifices of our military & their families that actually provides them the opportunity to voice their opinions. It makes me sick that I actually paid money to see this movie.
I loved this follow-up from "Batman Begins." Even though it was quite a long movie (2.5 hours) it kept you on the edge of your seat the whole time. All the actors were great in their rolls, but my favorite was definitely Heath Ledger's interpretation of "Joker." He took the part and ran with it! I loved every moment he was on the screen. This was one sequel that did not disappoint.
