This movie, the fourth installment of The Indiana Jones theatrical masterpiece, is so different from the original movies, it is almost like watching a completely new show. They stray away from Indy's original archaeological findings of mythical religious artifacts and plunge the viewer into a world of science fiction and fantasy. The way they portrayed the myth of the crystal skulls was just amazing, and exactly what people believe the crystal skulls to be. Shia LaBeouf brings a breath-taking charismatic performance to the screen, and the interaction between he and Harrison Ford shows what great actors can achieve. I will see it again and again, and I hope that die-hard Indy fans, like myself, can see past the fact that it has been over 20 years since the last film and will see this movie for the brilliance it is.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
