I took my 8 year old son to see this movie. The special effects were great as well as the fight scenes, but the movie was long, especially in the very uncomfortable chairs that my theater has; even my son said it was a little long. All in all it was a good movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I took my 6 yr old daughter and 8 yr old son to see this during the Summer Movie Deal, and boy am I glad I didn't spend more than $3 total on this. My son thought a few parts were funny, nothing hilarious and my daughter could not wait to get out of there. I was falling asleep during parts of it, and I usually like "kid" movies.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Over all the movie was pretty good. The middle was a little drug out/long, but it was still good.
