I took my 7 year old and 4 year old grandchildren to this movie. They really liked it. There was some humor that was a little over their heads which made it entertaining for adults as well.

Disturbing but well acted

We saw this movie yesterday and really enjoyed the acting of Jeff Bridges, Magie Gyllenhaal and Colin Farrell. Jeff was very believeable as a drunken down-on-his luck country singer. This could have been a real life story.

I went with a girlfriend and honestly, if we were 21 we probably would have enjoyed it more. It was definitely for the dating/bar going crowd. I just couldn't find too much to laugh at.

I went to see this with my daughter. We loved it! Yes, it was a little unbelievable, but still Isla Fisher was terrific, perfect for the role of Rebecca. Some very funny moments we could relate to. I read the book and thought it was just as entertaining.

Movie was outstanding. I can't say enough. Good story line. Fantastic acting by childen as well as adults. I would recommend seeing this.
