Imax is a great way to view this movie with great sound and action.
Characters are strong as expected. Great effects, great action scenes.
Excited to see the next one!

Johnny Depp and excellent supporting cast makes for the well told story that tied the childhood book we know and love into a new movie. Just the right amount of balance and special effects.
IMAX 3D fantastic as always. The animation was really good, even at the end with the credits rolling, the audience sat and watched as the flowers grew and bloomed around the edges of the screen...

I found this to be a very good movie. Good action, good effects. Great cast. Nice twist on the Holmes character. Sherlock Holmes has always been portrayed as a brainiak as opposed to the physical which I found a nice addition!
Great story or plot. Just enough action, twists and turns to keep you into the movie.
I look forward to a sequel.
Fans of action, suspense, witty conversation and comedy should definitely check out "Sherlock Holmes"."

Excellent movie for IMAX 3D! I can only imagine that on the regular screen the movie may not seem as spectacular. The 3D experience was the best ever! Everything I want from a movie! Stunning visuals, drama, humor, plot, science.
The entire plot is relevant to issues we are facing in our world today.The message is about how greed can destroy something more valuable than money...the riches of a civilization. A beautiful love story as well.
Don't wait for this to come out on DVD. Experience this on the big screen and if at all possible, in IMAX 3D!
