Good but not special

It was OK and the best line part was when Greg was in the ball bin and they recreated a "JAWS" moment

Dreadful

Poor trash!! It is kind of a "Harry meets Sally" plot but it has no chemsirtry and the "event" scene has been done a lot better many times before. Save your money and rent Harry meets Sally instead. The latter is how a boy meets girl movie is made.

A warm movie of personal conflict. Maybe has a hokie ending but good none the less. The two girls clearly outshine their older co-stars

This movie has no redeming social value, but it is truly a laugh riot from begining to end. Just great sophmoric laughs, a little ranchy, but not

It was okay woth some funny parts. Howver, there are so mnay better popcorn movies that have played, He is not that into you, 27 dresses, Mama Mia, and The Break Up among others. So, this just an average film.

Can a movie get less than 1 star??

If a movie could get less than one star, this is the one. In fact, it probably should give a star to anyone who sits through it. Poorly photographed, they must have been using used film to make it!! Dreadful, and if iI was from Minnesota, I would be offended by the sterotyping!! All, the you bet cha and don't ya knows is demeaing!! Stay as far away as you can from this horrible movie. Rene, whom I do like, makes the worst perfomance of her carrer and althgouh I do like popcorn movies, like "27 Dresses", "Enchanted" , even "Made of Honor".... this piece of drival is an insult to those films!! Shame on all who had anything to do with this movie. AWFUL

Painful & dull

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SEE "SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE" INSTEAD!!!
It was very slow movng and did not give great details of the assination plan, what and why
Valkyrie could so easily be started. I can not believe that the guard would let anyone out of Hitler's retreat and Crusie just had to fake a call and the guard let him go after the blast. maybe it did happen that way, but who knows. My understadning of history was that these men were not heros but Nazis who wanted just a differnt leader and a way to keep what they had but make peace with teh Allies and they would be the new goverment.

Old fashioned but enjoyable

It was okay as it was really an old fashined western type. Boy meets girl, boy loses girl, etc.
It was predicatable and not anyhting that would involve brain matter. So sit back , realx, and enjoy what they used to call an epic. Lots of folks in it and long but not a great moving stroy.

Dark and edgy, this is a good movie but not a great movie. Health Ledger and Christina Bale are great but the story line gets a little muddled.
It is heavy on special effects and how does Batman beat up the Joker and doesnn't leave a mark??
