For Geeks and non-geeks alike

I'm a bit of a Trek fan, and certainly one of the Geek masses. That can be a boon or a bust with a movie like this, everyone knows no one is angrier or more vocal than a geek scorned by his geek true love. This, happily, is not the case with Star Trek.
While many things change in this movie (just about everything in the Trek universe has to change) it ends up fitting together nicely and makes for a spectacular film. Some action, some comedy, and a touch of romance from some unexpected angles make it a crowd pleaser. High Profile special effects and set pieces make this a theater must-see. You'd be doing the child in you a disservice without seeing the scope of this on a giant screen.
So watch it. Enjoy it. This one is recommended...
