Good movie, however, as was stated previously, I am aware that 600 pages cannot fit into a 2 1/2 hour movie, BUT WOW, it seems like there was whole lot missing! Bottom line? Read the book!!!!!!!!

Took my 8 year old and 13 year old daughters. 13 year old and I were just going to get out of the 100 degree weather but we were pleasantly surprised. AWESOME! Some humor only I understood but nothing inappropriate. Lots of funny "in jokes" for dog lovers! We're going to go see it again!

I thought this was a pretty interesting movie. Can see how someone under the age of 21 might not be able to follow the story unless they REALLY paid attention in history class!
