All I can say is....Whoa! This movie is extremely funny. Carrere is amazing, and this movie made an instant classic out of the SNL skit. Great for the kids and adults alike. This one gets my stamp of approval!
If you are looking for symbolism and depth, forget about this one. But if you are looking for something to pass the time and laugh, then go get the special edition dvd! This movie is absolutely priceless. You will never look at Matthew McConaughey in the same light again.
I can't believe I am reviewing a movie that came out in 1939. This pre Hitler flick has definitely passed the test of time! I think this movie defined what a classic was, since it was the first movie of its kind. Well done!
This is one of the funniest movies ever made. I think that my favorite brothers should stick to comedy. This is definitely in the top ten funniest movies of all time! Go see it today, you bum. Are you employed? Then see it.
This was no Incredibles! But it was pretty good. The characters were likable, but forgettable at the same time. I am not sure the 3-D was worth the four dollar charge. It was good, and funny. If you need to forget about the fact that our economy needs some work, go see it. You will have a good time!
You will not find a better comic book movie. I highly doubt that the generations to come will be able to beat the classic nature of Christopher Reeve's embodiment of this icon. All of the computer generated characters and special effects in the world could not do what this cast has done. Lex Luthor has never seemed smarter, and the man of steele has never seemed more solid!
I just watched this for the first time on DVD. All I can say is this. Well done Steve, well done. This movie might be rated PG, but it still gives me the willies. If I saw this as a kid, I would have had nightmares.
This movie is really well made considering it came out 25 years ago. I think Steven Spielberg should keep sticking to formula, since it pretty much is a guaranteed money maker!
From the soundtrack, to the cast, to the directing, to the bus, this movie is stunning. I think Sean Pean needs to stay behind the camera if he can pull off movies like this one. I think he is a phenomenal actor, but an even better director. I can see why Vedder would write songs for this movie. I even bought the soundtrack! Go see this movie!
