Excellent Eastwood Does It Again

This movie was great until the end. This is one of the best movies I have seen in a really long time. The ending has a message, and the script was incredibly well written. I especially liked the acting. They didn't choose an all star cast or a Hollywood make-up crew, which gave this film a much more realistic feel. I am completely taken back by this movie. I am all about comic book heroes and comedies about real life. But this movie has a real message, and that is rare in this day and age.

Entertaining But Long

If your looking for a movie that sucks you in and spits you out a half hour later with nothing but a memory of cars and glitter, than this movie is not for you. But if you are looking for that art that lies underneath your common script, this adventure may satisfy your thirst. Well done, just don't expect to be in and out of the theatre. Even after your exit from the cinema, this one sits with you,

YES, See It

Zooey Deschanel still surprises me in every performance. I am so glad Jim Carrey still agrees to make feel good laugh it up movies. The one thing that the director pulled off quite well was the ending. So often you go see a funny movie and the ending ends up dragging on for 20 minutes. This whole plot gets straight to the point and has a nice closure to top off your belly ache. I fully enjoyed every moment.

Keanu Does It Again, Literally

This movie was just average. I can tell you that Keanu plays the same character he always does. He plays that emotionally bankrupt role very well, and pulls it off nicely in this part. But if you are going for the acting, just go see The Matrix or A Scanner Darkly. I liked, and I recommend it. But be warned about the sections where time seems to stand still.

All I can say is that Depp and DiCaprio are an amazing team. Both of these actors deserve every ounce of praise that is given to them, and it all starts to show right here. This movie is an excellent take on the idea of family.

It doesn't get any better than this. Keep it real Bruce. I couldn't even come up with a review title that compliments the movie title. Well worth the sequels.

Nice Automobile Action

All I know is that this movie was pretty sweet. I knocked down the rating because of the few cheesy flirt scenes. But the movie as a whole was amazing. The acting was much more than expected. This Natalya Rudakova actress should have seriously been considered for the Quantum of Solace girl. An excellent performance also came from the dude that plays T-Bag on Prison Break. I never thought he would be able to break out of that type-cast role, but he pulled it off. This movie is ultimately going to be an excellent Blu-Ray DVD rental. If you can't wait that long, its worth a box office price.

I Like the Idea Better

I just expected more laughs. There were too many warrior scenes. Often checking my watch and yawning, I felt like the entire script was forced. Role Models lacks that ad lib chemistry that The 40 Year Old Virgin had. You might find it entertaining, but it if your looking to take the kids forget about it.

Interesting Adult Cartoon

I first watched this movie as a boy. I didn't really understand it. I was fascinated by the idea of having a cartoon in the real world, but I always remember feeling dumbfounded as I tried to comprehend the plot. As I watched it as an adult, I felt like I was much more in the loop. In todays standards it is a solid B movie, but if you like those oldie type movies that seem to use the kind of texture that computers can't create, then this movie is for you.
