Getting Smarter

The movie was great but to be honest I expected a little more. It was very entertaining, and it did justice to the original show. I guess it just wasn't as silly as I thought it would be. But overall, it deserves all four stars.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Mr. Orange meets Mr. Green

All I can do is thank God that it was way better than Ang Lee's version! There wasn't as much action as I had hoped for, but the acting was superb. This cast made the movie great. I hope they make another one with this group.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I went in with an open mind. I read the reviews, had low expectations, and was ready for the worst. It was great to see Indiana Jones even if did keep calling himself Henry, but please save your money for gas. This movie was BAD. I mean really really terrible. I would have given it two stars just out of respect for the acting, but I don't want to mislead you into thinking the movie is worth a matinee price.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Iron Plot

This was one of the best comic book movies made since Spiderman 1. It has a great plot and an all star cast. Robert Downey Jr. can be hit or miss, but here he is right on target. Great start to the summer box office.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

A for acting, C for climax

This movie was just ok. The action consisted primarily of shooting guns and fist fighting. There was no real excitement to the plot, but it wasn't bad. The dialogue was really well written.
This movie had an unsuspected deeper meaning to police integrity, which gave it a little bit of an edge.
Overall, it was good to watch once.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

There will be recognition

I very rarely give 5 stars. This movie isn't for everyone. It is so different from the typical climatic formula used in movies today. Oil is more than a product, it is a character. The acting is brilliant, and the directing is unforgettable.
This movie is for those who view Hollywood as a means for art.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Great Acting Can't Save Deuce

The acting was great. The up and coming lead actor is really promising for future films. But the plot is just slow and dull. This movie was a preview made into two hours of filler. All the twists and turns can't turn this into anything better than a Kevin Spacey "B" movie.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Very Independent

This movie is for those who want to see Lock and Stock for the first time again. It's not Smoking Barrels, but it doesn't try to be either. Stratham comes through with a character who seems to be somewhat normal.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Moses Meets Hollywood

This movie was entertaining, but extremely lacking in truth. If you're looking for a movie that makes you forget about reality, then this might be your ticket. This was a solid three star movie, but not a shred better.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

What I Expected

If your looking for one of Ferrell's best movies, skip this one. It had a lot of dry parts, and only a few really funny scenes. But if you go into the theatre with low expectations, they will be met. This movie is no Anchorman or Shake and Bake!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
