Funny without being too over the top

I saw this movie reluctantly, expecting it to be stupid humor, which I don't typically enjoy, but it was very funny and actually very well-written. I rarely watch SNL, so wasn't acquainted with Kristen Wiig, but I thought her acting was superb. Her subtle facial expressions were spot-on. The humor is often gross, but if you can get past the slightly-over-the-top-ness of it, you will laugh and laugh and laugh. And the men in the theater were laughing just as hard as the women.
This is not suitable for children and questionable for teens younger than 17.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Classic Harry Potter fun

Loved the movie, but wish part 2 was out already so I could have some closure. Typical Harry Potter. If you've liked the previous films, you'll like this one.

Enjoyed this movie, despite the weak story line. If you love song and dance, you'll be glad you saw this in the theater.

Love the Actors, Hate the Movie

Love the actors, but this movie was one of the worst I've seen in a long time. The language and dialogue were over the top and it was well past the middle of the movie before I laughed. And there weren't many more laughs after that. This movie is probably funny to teenage boys. I'm disappointed that Drew made this film. Better luck next time!
