I thought they weren't going to make another "Aliens" movie. I'd say. If not for the IMAX 3D experience, this would be a "B" grade film. Even still, the sound was lacking and to storyline unworthy of a Sci-Fi conscious audience. Flaws were aboundant, scenes predictable and intellegent scientists just as stupid as ever. Really? Lets play with the alien as if it were a teddy bear...? Seriously? There's only one species of alien even though we have yet to investigate further or longer than 2 hours...? Honestly? They have to be benevolent... Why? This is assuming we mere humans crack and master kryo sleep technology and FTL (Faster Than Light travel) in the next 70 years. Science ship or not: no weapons? Even the alien ship; No weapons? It's just a bad "A" grade film.
Pros at least the black guy didn't die first.
Cons slow, poorly written, insificiant storyline, not realistic in any measure, unrealistic robot
No, I do not recommend this movie.

"Daybreakers" Sucks

This movie sucks (excuse the pun). Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe and Sam Neill do their best to salvage a horrible script filled with clichéd lines and scenes, flawed assumptions and poor film making technique. Graphics are potted with errors and glitches. Gratuitous blood sucking filled gaps and slow motion photography needlessly prolonged those scenes, making them predictable. It is ridiculous for anyone to believe that exposure to the sun will cure vampirism any other way than by killing the vampire, that the sun and burning somehow shocks the heart into beating again. If that wasn’t bad enough, sucking the blood of one of these cured vamps will, in turn, pass the cure on to the next. What is there to pass on? There is no virus or bacteria.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Don't Waste Your Money

Don't waste your money or time. For the hype, this movie was way too short and didn't appear to match its sneak peaks and previews. The soundtrack didn't match from previews to the film and previewed scenes didn't exist in the show at all. The previews were far better. This movie was a severe disappointment.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

The Happening is a hit!

Great job M. Night. This was, by far, your scariest work yet. What made it so scary for me was that it could happen for real. Even now, as I write, I am feeling a continuous sensation of fright.
If you haven't seen it you may consider that this may be even too scary for some adults. I can't say why without giving away the movie. But know this much. You may leave the theater feeling like you did when you left the first Matrix movie. You may have a scense of paranoia unlike anytime before.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
