The action, sequence of events, special effects, & characters are hands down, phenomenal! Each character is so well portrayed & no questions asked, Heath Ledger as the joker was extremely different than Jack Nicholson's version. While both Nicholson & Ledger play the villian, Ledger's character is disturbing & psychotic. He is a true mad man & his character is highly entertaining! In 2.5 hours, this movie packs in more action than I've seen to date & the story line will captivate you. I will be seeing it again because it moves rather quickly so I am sure I missed some details, but all in all, this is a must see! My only complaint is the actress selected to play "Rachel", Maggie Gyllenhaal. I don't think she has much to offer in a movie of this caliber & her character is forgettable in my opinion. Other than that, A+ in my book!
