Disappointing...

If you have not read the book series, you will enjoy this movie, the special effects are fantastic! If you have read the books, you will be disappointed with this movie, because of all that was left out, and changes to the storyline itself. If they hope to make a sequel, they will have to write their own story, as they have ruined the plot of Rick Riordan's magnificent book series!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
