I loved the book and I think the movie did it justice. I also think you can "get" the movie even if you haven't read the book.

Good movie. Not something I'd see twice but I would recommend. It has some emotional moments so bring tissues if you're a crier.

Really enjoyed the movie. Well made, true to the story. 'epilogue' scene could have been better but it was a nice to have that glimpse into the future.

Took my 10 year old nephew. Wasn't expecting how much I would like it myself. Nice that it was able to stand alone and you don't have to have seen the previous 3 to enjoy this one. Will see it again.

it's a Scream movie

I love the first three and this one is good too. Loved the opening sequence(s). Great scares, and I'm a horror movie buff so I've seen it all and it still made me jump. Wish they would have thought outside the box and killed certain characters. Overall, it's scary, a little cheesy, a little predictable but I liked it and I'll see it again.

I went to this for Matthew McConaughey. and Ryan Phillipe. Really pleasantly surprised at how good it turned out to be. Good strong plot, great characters, and all of the acting is first rate. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to see it again.
