it's the best movie i've seen in a very long time! it awesomely depicts my beloved city of mumbai in all angles intertwined with the best score ever (courtesy of a.r. rehman and m.i.a.) and beautifully delivered by a stunning cast! dev and frieda (who play jamal and latika respectively) will really melt your heart. special kudos to anil kapoor (millionaire host)--a great actor whom i've seen in many hindi movies (i.e. Mr. India)--i hope to see him in more english movies to come! be prepared for the graphic violence. also be prepared for the sadness, the goreness, the audacity of naughtiness and the audacity of hope :-) please see this movie! i hope it wins an oscar...LAGE RAHO (CARRY ON) SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE!!
