I saw this movie on Thanksgiving with my 9 year old son and mother. We all liked this movie. My son had lots of questions about the actions, I think he missed quite a bit of the sometimes lengthy dialog. But he certainly got the overall message. My mother liked it overall but could have done without the 3D or IMAX. I generally enjoy IMAX movies and 3D movies, and I think this was particularly well done. This movie is an hour and half which is a comfortable timeframe although I think the chase scene with the Ghost of Christmas Future could have been completely axed with no ill effect to the movie. Other than that one compliant, I loved this movie and thought it was a wonderful rendition of this story.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
