Great family movie, although some very little ones may be frightened at times. Our 4 year old handled it like a champ.
Pros family friendly

This is a great movie to introduce the uninitiated to the real tenor of the collections of the Brothers Grimm.

The Critics Are Wrong

I was prepared to be disappointed after reading the "professional" reviews, but I had to ask myself if they had seen the same movie I did. It was excellent. Hair and makeup were much better. Rosenberg cleverly sped some plot devices up. Meyers PG13 desire meant the problematic scenes were presented in a way I would feel comfortable allowing my 5 year old gdaughter to see. Well done Condon et al.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
