Suspenseful and witty

Saw this one on a date with my husband--we both enjoy comic book adaptations generally. This movie was full of suspenseful fight scenes that didn't trip my "gore-o-meter" into overdrive, and the romance, while short-lived, was nicely developed. The dialogue was often witty, although there were many times I wished the writers would have included a few seconds more exposition to flesh out why the characters were motivated in the ways they were. Overall, I felt it was a very enjoyable movie with effects that make the big-screen ticket price worthwhile.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
