I'm a fan of the Harry Potter world, both the books and the movies. But the latest movie was very poor, the worst out of the films, in my opinion.
It seemed to lack any real storytelling muscle. They spend the entire film focusing on over-the-top suggestive innuendo, which is fun and at times funny... but storytelling moments are rushed through. As a result, when something with emotional impact happens, there is no punch to it... because time was not spent on setting the audience up.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
