Best of the Trilogy

Just saw the movie for the second time (screen and midnight release), and I would have to say that this is the best of the Trilogy. The story and character's didn't go to far with the over-the-top comedy that was present in the first 2 films. Instead they kept to a good story that did it's job by entertaining the audience by keeping us on our toes.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley did a good job as a love interest replacement to Megan Fox, yet the nice part is that she can act a little better. Don't expect an Oscar nod, but she can at least show a little feelings behind her words, unlike Fox.
As for the rest of the cast, these veteran actors did superb and really brought their rolls to life. John Malkovich happened to remind me of a few bosses I've had in my day. While Patrick Dempsey's role was definitively not what I was expecting.
The one downside to the movie is that I really wanted to see Bay's impressions on a few other main Transformers such as Hotrod, Ultra Magnus, and the real Grimlock. Maybe he will change his mind and make a 4th installment.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Being an old school Transformers fan and a lover of the first movie, I had a lot of hopes when seeing this new release. Boy were they all met.
There were a few things that didn't follow traditional Transformer's lore, but that is okay. Michael Bay made the movie work.
The special effects were amazing and glorious eye candy. Some of the action scenes actually had the crowed cringing and almost feeling each and every blow. Not to mention a whole bunch more robots to watch.
It had a great soundtrack and was really funny. Yet, the only downside to the movie came from some of the more mature audience jokes. Definitely a movie for children over 13, but a really good movie for them.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
