Good, but not great

Overhyped, didn't live up to it as much as I thought it would, and I've been a fan of Lewis Carroll's work since I was a kid. Depp as the Mad Hatter is the reason a lot of people are going to see this, but Mia Wasikowska as Alice was stellar in her role. Anne Hathaway as the White Queen was excellent!. The IMAX 3D was not as amazing as other Imax 3D films I've seen, but it did add greatness to the film. It was just ok, but not a great film. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, but the Imax can be skipped for this film.
