That would be the best way to approach this movie without becoming lost. Alice is all grown up which confuses you at first but it becomes clear towards the end.
The 3d was spectacular, the visuals were breathtaking, and the acting was wonderful.

Great kids movie with a few adult jokes that the young-ones will miss. This is a typical dream works animation. Laughs a plenty and lovable characters.
