New Old Trek is enjoyable for new/old fans

Action, humor, and the character interaction; they were all there, and all great!
Long-time fans of Trek will appreciate the updated look and feel from the Original series, but may take issue with some of the changes; if you're a long-time fan, accept that this movie is not a clone of the classic series, but instead a re-imagining.
New fans will be treated to a futuristic adventure without being bogged down by excessive techno-babble.

The ship and special effects are beautiful, the cast was well chosen, and the story was clever. Something about the tone of the movie left me feeling like this wasn't quite Star Trek.
Overall, I enjoyed this film and I definitely want to see a sequel!
