It was funny. It was exciting. It was heartbreaking. It was heartwarming. There were MASSIVE explosions. Everything you could want in a film.
There was even good acting, which is very rare these days. I like the new crew a lot. Let's hope there are several more excellent films in our future.

Robert Downey, Jr. is an amazing actor (when he shows up sober on the set). Clearly, he's learned how to do this, because Iron Man is some of his best work in years. He seemed to be genuinely having a fun time playing the role and that made it fun to watch.
