This was so much more intense and plausible than the earlier movies depiciting the beginning of the rise of the apes. I loved it and was thoroughly entertained. The characters were strong. Without giving anything away, I liked the ending; there was no doubt what set in motion the fall of man and the rise of the apes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Beautiful scenery, wonderful script, great cast. It is so good when everything comes together in this way.

Good Acting. Poor Story. Predicable, tired, been done before, no surprises, etc. Entertaining if watching on cable, not good enough to make price of admission worth it.

Super funny. Couldn't stop laughing. I was with 7 friends and they were just as enthralled as I was. Entire cast was impeccable but really enjoyed John Krasinski's portrayal. Well worth the cost of the ticket.
