If you are looking for some comic book style action with characters that are larger than life, this is a good one to see. However, don't go to the theater expecting to see the comic book Wolverine: Origins brought to the screen. This is a film about a character named "Wolverine" who is loosely based on a comic book character of the same name. Their origin stories contain some similarities, including some characters with the same name as comic book characters, but that's about it... I enjoyed it and so did my friends, but we all entered the theater knowing what to expect...
Yes, I recommend this movie.
