Quinton Aaron was realistic as he encased Big Mike's pain and fear from a violent childhood in a shroud of silence. He was able to tear the shroud open in the face of Sandra Bullock's portrayal of the sensitivity, respect, vulnerability, common sense and passion of Leigh Anne. Jae Head balanced both characters with his wit and energy. The perseverance of the family led the rest of the cast to become creative and passionate to help Big Mike succeed. It was truly inspirational.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
