1. The ship was shot like it was the monster from Cloverfield, you hardly saw it. Too much use of "jiggle-cam".
2. Simon Pegg was too cartoony.
3. Phasers looked a little wimpy.
4. The plot of a captain of a mining ship destroying everything in his path was a little thin, would've liked a little more of his story. Otherwise are we to believe any ship that is flying out there is capable
of Armageddon?

I'm a picky Star Trek but I really did like the movie very much.
I loved Mcoy and Kirk together. And of course having Nimoy was great even though he didn't quite seem like the "same old" Spock.
