It was a bit over the top. There were some funny moments, but I spent most of the time cringing. It was very uncomfortable to watch at times... I think "wow" and "seriously?" and "oh my gawd" were my reaction to most scenes. Borat was way better.Bruno just seemed to try to shock and follow the plot of Borat and it didn't quite work.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
