I've been going to these for two years and liked this the best. The tenor singing Siegfried only had three days of rehearsals before the first performance but he was excellent in the role.
went and saw Iron Man at 9:00 and then Iron Man 2 in IMAX at Midnight and it was like they just paused for commericials. I loved the briefcase suit, and after what they did to get him into the suit in the first movie I didn't think they could work it right, but they really did better then expected. This is one of the few cases where the sequel is as good or better then the original. Only bad point was changing the actor for Jim Rhodes. And that might not have beens so glaring if I hadn't seen it back to back.
Too many movies they cut you to pieces and not a drop of blood is spilled. All the blood not used in those movies was definately used in this one. If you like violence and sharp objects this movie is for you!
Not a movie for under ages 10, just because most wouldn't understand the plot, or why Scrooge is a tragic figure instead of an evil one. Very well made and should be in the running for best animation in the Academy Awards.
I bought the original comic series when it came out and remember marveling at how it stretched the boundries of what was allowed in comics. The movie did that too.
Good fight scenes. Jackie and Jet LI worked well together, but Jet Li was a little too serious to be the Monkey King. I enjoyed it enough to see it twice.
