Great Action

New Moon packed in more action than Twilight and the actors seemed much more comfortable in their roles than in the first movie. The lighting and coloring was better too. Edward and Bella's scenes together are powerful enough that it makes up for his lack of screen time (almost!). We are supposed to miss him- that's the whole point! Jacob and Bella's scenes are totally believable. I read that Chris Weitz wasn't as attached to this story as Catherine Hardwick was directing the last one, but I found that to be totally false. Got into this whole thing b/c my daughter was reading the books and am glad I did. Totally recommend this movie and can't wait for Eclipse.
