The movie is two hours long, and my kids complained that it was "too short." I think that pretty much says it all. Sets, cinamatography and acting brought you right into the book. It was simply worth the wait.
This movie was a call to action for all women. Stand up and do your part to help your sisters on this very small planet. We are powerful, we are compassionate, and it is up to us. I left thinking about the movie, and days later I am still thinking about the great conversation that followed. My favorite part of the evening...Madeleine Albright's statement. "There is a special place in hell reserved for women who don't help other women." I have to go make a powerful noise now. Hope you will too.
