"Tinker" never gets out of first gear. It's slow, boring, and it's difficult to follow who's who. It's the cinema's version of a sleeping pill. Don't waste your money.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Great special effects, lots of shooting and stellar editing aside, Inception was convolluted and complex. It was also very long. The characters were poorly developed; you never really know who is who. Ellen Page could have found a better vehicle than this. DiCaprio seems to like dream movies. It's his second since Shutter Island. He likes the loud bombastic brass bursts for thriller effect. But it gets overused. He's a great actor with incredible poise and knock-em dead looks. But if the producers had offered a movie like this to Cary Grant, he'd have turned it down. Cary would have known it's just a lot of noise and flash just for the sake of noise and flash. DiCaprio should do better next time.
