Almost met the hype!

I did not feel drawn by any of the characters. I saw all of the action sequences in the previews but the funny parts of the previews were not in the movie. (Gweneth Paltrow kissing the mask and "you complete me".) This reminded me of Spider Man 2. Too much stuff going on and too much emotion that did not get explored but was assumed to make tension. Instead, I was left watching great action scenes that were not very suspenseful. But I am a sucker. I will be there for Iron Man 3, the Avengers and Thor.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
