If you liked the first one, you will definitely like the second one. The villain's character is awesome.
My only complaint is that Samuel Jackson's role in the movie brings a level of cheesiness to the whole thing that really kills the mood. Not to mention that his character and side plot doesn't contribute to the story in any way and even distracts from it.
Other than that, this movie is fantastic.
