Dark Night= Great Day at Movies

Not being a big Batman fan I was hesitant to go; however, Heath Ledger's performance was all the hype and more. What a tragic loss- after seeing his performance, I know there was more greatness come from this young man. On the other side I did think Christian Bale was not the best Batman. His horrible fake voice to hide his identity was juvenile and comical at times. However, the movie was great. It did not even seem like you were there for 2.5 hrs. The plot twist were really good. I dont want to give to much of the movie away, but wow. The only thing that could have been better would have been to stick to original comic story line, bring Michael Keaton back as Batman, and leave the 2nd villian alive for the next movie in the series.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
