maybe there was too much hype. I didn't think it was meant to be a comedy...but it was for me. But the acting was just SO bad, I couldn't help but laugh more often when Rob Pattinson had any closeup shots. Sure, the cast was just pretty to look at (and there are plenty of close-up shots to be happy with) but acting wise.....no sorry no. I've never read the books, so I can't tell how accurate the movie was to the book, but from what I could tell....maybe it would be better if society was more excited about reading the books still than watching this movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
