Cute Date Movie IF he's not a jerk

My honey & I went on a date night and saw the midnight sowing. We both enjoyed the movie for different reasons. He liked the goofy aspects of it (such as the funny one-liners). I liked the story line and how Shrek realized how much he needed and loved Fiona. I was hoping he was paying attention and learning something......Probably NOT. lol We both agree that our 5-year old will probably love the animation and 3-D affects. We will be going to see it again as a family.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
