This movie tries to do way too much, and just winds up being too long. The hand to hand fighting is better than in the last movie, but the car chase sequences go on way too long and get totally confusing. The setups for the various ethical dilemmas are totally forced and completely violate my ability to suspend my disbelief.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
