scary trailer!!

We loved the movie itself...and we realized when buying tickets that the movie is rated PG...my child is 6. Our issue is that one of the trailers (for a movie named Avatar) is also PG but crazy scary for a young child. It has mutant-like human/animal creatures, tons of violence, scary music...I could on and on. I am sure that they realize young children are coming to see Meatballs b/c it is animated...therefore, the trailers should be based more on possible audiences instead of PG ratings alone. so if you choose to go see it, please prepare to cover your child's eyes when you see a young man in a wheel chair...the scary images are soon to follow. And nevermind the questions i had to answer about the Michael Jackson trailer.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
