Juvinile at best. I usually like Black's movies, but this one lacked the humor of his previous films. Passing Gas humor and sucking on a banana does not live up to his prior performances. Don't waste your money on this one.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Great Movie - A lot of Fun

The movie was exciting and had coy humor. If you are old enough to remember the TV series, then you will love the movie. Many lines were right out of the original. Scottie is still "given her everything she's got" and Spock is sure to bring a smile to your face as he offers his familiar "live long and prosper". The writing was great, and it was fun to see young Jim Kirk and how he met his crew members, and how they came to be on the Enterprise. I am no Treky, but I enjoyed the movie and highly recommend it. My wife and 18 year old daughter liked it as well, and neither are Trekies! Go see this one, as it is one not to miss.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
