If you show aerial shots of NYC as if it were Gotham you should at least use street scenes and street signs consistent with NYC. And the dialogue was too muffled to understand in many instances..

Innovative and thought provoking

Well done initially in a documentary style which then becomes extremely focused and personal. Plot concept very different. Grabs your attention immediately and keeps it throughout. "sets" well thought out and well done. GO!

A 5 star rating if you are a movie aficionado and relative to the typical movie of 2009. Great tension despite knowing the inevitable conclusion. Depp and Bale are magic on the screen. Its not "The Godfather" (a pretty high standard obviously) but a 2009 must see.

odd, wacky and extremely lol. go see it, be ready to suspend belief but not care. surprisingly well organized. the end is way too funny

silly stupid - hold out for the dvd

disappointing after reading "funniest movie of the summer" by some critic. wished i had seen tropic thunder instead. just not that funny, especially not lol funny. humorous is the best i would offer, but long.

The Dark Knight

was hoping for better. too many plot lines were compressed and the result was a longer movie and a series of different endings. probably to show the complexity of the villain. but in all other ways the film delivered its theme and the acting was superb.

such excellent reviews but a major let down. starts off so well, then gradually deteriorates to a typical cartoon. life like characterization of WALL-E gets lost in the maze of chases and unfunny episodes on the Axiom. Too bad, we had such great expectations based on the Pixar greats: Toy Story, Shrek, and Finding Nemo. Its not even close.
