This film will take you on a ride well worth the trip. Though at times graphic, the soul at the base of this film is rich and layered. Themes of sacrifice, suffering, and oppression mix with redemption and triumph.
Completely engaging, you find yourself cheering for the hero, despising the villians, and suspecting that somehow love will conquer all.
This is what will win best film of the year.
