This is one of those movies where you just want to kick yourself afterwards ... because you know you will never regain the wasted hours!
Beyonce IS NOT a triple threat. Though she is beyond beautiful, and so vocally talented ... she really should give up acting!
The ending was about as far fetched and ridiculous as the story line.
1 star!
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I believe that Brad Pitt mentioned in an interview which I watched in passing that this was a love story ... a gift to New Orleans ... and what an amazing gift to New Orleans this movie is indeed.
Brad Pitt has done so much in such a short time for our city ... He is an adoptive son of New Orleans and we are so lucky to have him here.
Though the movie was a bit slow starting at first, it isn't long before you get caught up in the amazing story line.
Thank you BRAD PITT!

Excellent -- It is so refreshing to find a movie that not only entertains but also teaches ... without high tech gadgetry ... without foul language ... without nudity ... quite refreshing indeed!
This movie had quite an impact on me!

This movie was OK ... I'm a fan of musicals, and definitely a big fan of ABBA ... but Pierce B., I mean.. they could have found someone better to cast in that role ... the guy .. plain and simple CANNOT SING!
Looks good without a shirt ... YES, but cannot sing a note!
There are a lot of funny scenes in this movie, and of course we already knew that Meryl Streep could act, but she can actually sing too ... wow.
