A new vision of the Joker

Heath's vision of the Joker is beautiful. A truly demented, manipulating, psychotic villain who has a goal and a driving vision, no matter how warped that vision is. He stole the show and made the movie the blockbuster that it is.
I found Christian Bayle's performance as Bruce Wayne / Batman to be lacking. He is simply too dry / not expressive enough to make the role really shine. Or maybe I'm over critical because of Downey's superb performance in Iron man. Either way, Batman is reduced to a supporting character to the Joker in this movie.
Still well worth the time to see it, the movie is very good.
