This was a very nice way to wrap up the adventure. Saw it in 3D which was astounding. There were a few departures from the book, but nothing that ruined the story. I was hooked from start to finish.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

What a night

I was pleasantly surprised by the small crowd and no trouble finding a seat..the fact that I was third or fourth into the theater probably helped.
It was wonderful to have movies 5 and 6 as a review before the main event...Even after re-reading the books there were still things i had forgotten.
Number 7 was terrific and the ending was perefect and left me breathlessly waiting for Pt 2, even though i already know the ending.
Facility-wise, a clearer schedule and an more conveniently located snack bar for the between film food dash would have made the night complete.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

What a film

Never mind that I've always had a 'thing' for Sandra Bullock and ignore that fact that she makes a hot blonde. This is flat out a terrific movie. Well written, well acted, well directed....It's perfect for families or a first date, and what an inspirational story. Do yourself a favor and stay for the end credits as they show real scenes from the life of 'Big Mike'.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
