Great as a historical piece...

In some places the movie was slow, the dialogue was kind of "corny" and some of the acting was "over-acted"; but all in all, it was a good movie in regards to its historical perspective and the action portions and special effects did not disappoint. Thank you George Lucas for stepping up to present and tell this story.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Another Denzel Hit!

I enjoyed the movie though I figured out the twist before it happenned. I didn't think Denzel was in that good of shape to perform the fight scenes, did he or was that a stand-in? Overall good movie with great supporting cast!

Went to see Watchman based on movie clips I'd seen and saw it was based on a book which I’d never heard of. The fight scenes and special effects were excellent, but sometimes the dialogue was hard to understand. I wouldn't recommend this movie to people who have problems following plots or like movie storylines nicely laid out in order; this movies jumps between the past and present. I've read a lot of reviews about the gratuitous showing of Dr. Manhattan's glowing blue penis, but I found it amusing how they sneak it up on you. Initially it seems like they are trying to avoid showing it, but if you pay attention to the movie, the only time he shows it is when he's around his superhero friends, lol. Rorshack steals the movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
