Loved this movie. So captivating. Great work by Will Smith. I was greatly surprised because of some of the the things said by the critics - but I guess that is why they call them critics...

Loved FAME 2009

I was there, 12.01, Thursday night to see the remake of FAME. I loved it. All the audience appeared to love it, as we gasped at the emotion, laughed with the humor and cheered at the remarkable singing and dancing. Allison Burnett has written a great script, very moving and a story we have all waited for since 1980.
I have one thing to say. Go see FAME. You will leave smiling and singing and maybe even exhilarated. I did!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
